		<description>I must share this out Recently, I fell. Within a week, I was having symptoms like you mentioned above. I didn’t know what it was until suddenly I just could not move without pain. Nerve was hitting at my ankle, calf , hip and buttock. Did x-ray and MRI, confirmed had a slip disc and was bed ridden and hospitalized for 2 weeks unable to move, walk or even sit. Everyday i have to do physio and traction and watching all the beautiful legs moving up and down the hospital corridor gave me the courage to stand up again and walk. After 2 months, I finally walk like I used to walk. Everybody ask me to do chiro, I rejected cos I am one person who is afraid of pain. I diligently do my exercise to strengthen my back and recently I did yoga. It was awesome, I was cured the very next day doing yoga. It;s been 5 days now, I am still walking well. Nerve still hit at the ankle once a while but I am managing.  I believe meditation is similar to yoga too.</description>
